Amazing food and service. Best lunch specials around! Vegan options. Even the Thai iced tea can be made without milk!

I only tried the pad thai. Tasted like ketchup and noodles. If you like spicy pick high spice. I chose mild...there was zero spice. Highly don't recommend the pad thai.

I'm very much use to a Khob khun ka ขอบคุณค่ะ when dining with this chain I ordered the Tofu Mixed Vegetables in a Curry Sauce (แกงเหลือง) and Thai Green Papaya Salad ส้มตำไทย (som tum).. Whilst they were both tasty, they didn't include the extra tofu which I requested in my order and I just got vegetables. I'm pretty disappointed and gutted from this experience as all my other visits to this restaurant chain have been awesome low fare, minimal fuss and full flavor Thai street eats with plenty of options for vegetarians.

They were very understanding when I accidentally ordered to the wrong location. They were also very understanding to another patron's situation that I witnessed while waiting. Delicious food and 10/10 service!

My family came for a Sunday lunch. A treat from our sons for the Father's day and he chose Thai food since we haven't had thai food for a long time. The ingredients are fresh and the taste of the dishes are good. We ordered a salad, satay, crispy shrimp, pad thai and pad see Ew. Not a place for a big group since it has only a few tables but definitely will go to buy take away again.

Best Thai food in Vancouver.

Good music, and view on the mountain. I honestly enjoy the glass walls as we feel the warmth of the sun too. The food is SPICEY if you want it that way, and mild if that’s more your thing. This is my second visit and won’t be my last. Really enjoyed the Thai iced tea as it’s a cool fire truck for the heat of the plate :)

OMG SO GOOD 😵‍💫 Beautiful little store front, and a cute little patio. Great for a little summer lunch date. The food has also been fantastic every time I've eaten there. You gotta go!

Delicious food, ordered green Curry with eggplant, red curry with chicken and Pad Thai. The flavours were unmatchable and exceeded expectations. I went after reading reviews as I was looking for authentic Thai cuisine and this places lived up to its name.

Quaint little place. Their Phad Thai was surprisingly nice. Chicken satay was tender. Tom yum soup tasted pretty mild but flavourful enough. Milk tea was authentic! Lady @ the cashier was very friendly & helpful. Enjoyed our lunch date there.

Delicious food. I came with a group of friends for lunch and we had a wonderful time. Loved the pad see ew and the prices were very reasonable. It came with a salad and a springroll, and everything tasted great! I'd definitely recommend, and would come again. The downside to my experience was that my waitress did not inform me that gratuity was automatically added already, so I pressed my usual tip amount and was unknowingly charged more than I was aware. Only after leaving I thought about the amount and realized.

I ordered lunch special, it was about $12 for Pad See Ew, salad, and 2 spring rolls, great value. It's hard to find such a good deal in Vancouver, especially downtown. The Pad See Ew tasted just like what I had when I was in Thailand. Mostly importantly, the server was very friendly and attentive. It was an amazing experience and I'll definitely come back.

Honestly the best Thai food I have ever had. Incredibly friendly people, great service and very clean. If you know Thai food you will agree. Thank you for a great meal and great spice! We'll see you on the next trip back.
